THE EVENT

The 2024 PAC event challenged senior leaders not just to keep pace in a world moving faster than ever, but to thrive - leading with agility, clarity and intent in the face of constant acceleration.

Attendees at PAC 2024

We heard from Sue Langley, global leader in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence, who shared how science-backed practices can help leaders and teams build resilience, wellbeing and sustainable performance. Steve Macdonald, co-founder of Beyond Leadership and author of Press Pause, explored how values-driven leadership enables executives to align intent with impact, transforming how they show up and lead.

The event also featured a practical panel discussion with Mike Saunders, Chief Wagering Officer at RWWA, and Tim Langsford, Service Design Lead at Scalabl, who reflected on their journey in building a culture of customer-centric excellence at TABtouch.

The message was clear: thriving in today’s world isn’t about moving faster - it’s about leading with focus, purpose and humanity, no matter the pace of change.
