It’s time to be brave.
Perth Agility Circle 2022
THE EVENT
The 2022 PAC event was a call to brave leadership - pushing senior leaders to confront complexity, challenge the status quo, and lead with courage in uncertain times.
We heard from Bjarte Bogsnes, founder of Bogsnes Advisory and global pioneer of the Beyond Budgeting movement, as he explored how organisations can break free from traditional management thinking and build more adaptive, human systems. Sarah Atkinson, Chief of Staff to the CXO at Atlassian, shared practical insights on leading through ambiguity, navigating transformation at scale, and creating the conditions for teams to thrive. And Zoë Coyle, founder of Pilot Light Consulting and acclaimed leadership facilitator, brought her signature energy and honesty to the stage - reminding us that brave leadership begins with self-awareness, connection, and compassion.
The event was a powerful call to arms for leaders ready to think differently, act boldly, and lead with purpose.
