Richard has over 20 years experience within software delivery, organisational change and scaling agility. He brings a fresh and energetic approach to solving complex business problems.

Richard is the lead organiser of Agile Perth meetups with over 3,000 members and the founder of Flow Perth (an organisation that host unique events in the technology, marketing & product community to bring skilled volunteers and charities together).

With expertise in leading agile transformation programs, Sarah has played a pivotal role in leading, shaping and driving the cultural and practical adoption of Agile at all levels.

Sarah’s passion is the human element of business agility, bringing a wealth of experience in how to mobilise, engage and execute on large scale agile capability uplift.

Having over 20 years experience in software delivery, including more than 10 years in leadership, Paul has an accomplished record for building teams and driving organisations to business agility.

Paul has experience working with small entrepreneurial businesses through to large scale enterprises. He provides a targeted and pragmatic approach to team and organisational transformations.

Ashley has passion for enabling Agile teams to get the best out of themselves and deliver high value products. Her international experience has enabled her to work with the smallest of start-ups to large scale multijurisdictional enterprises. She has a keen interest in the emerging technology space and sets a high standard about delivering the best user journey possible.

Having spent over 12 years working in digital and IT in various specialisations, Tim brings a unique rounded view of product delivery and organisational agility to the team.

Tim has specialisations in User Research, Service Design and Business Agility, where his passion for creating better human experiences shines through.

Tim recently spent a number of years consulting in London, where he was working with a range of Government departments on critical high-profile projects.

Bringing a diverse set of skills ranging from strategy, communications and change management through to event and sponsorship management, Rikki-Lee has over 10 years experience influencing the mindsets and cultures of teams.

Rikki-Lee’s strengths are in people engagement, organisation and problem solving which she has used to execute large scale events and communications within the IT industry.

She believes that being kind is a super power and she brings that into every interaction she has, using it as the backbone to deliver inspiring, positive experiences.
