Flourish - Agile Capability Programs

Our Flourish programs are specifically designed to provide a different learning experience with practical application. These development pathways are adapted to your specific context to equip attendees with the knowledge, experience and skills they need to perform a specialist agile role.

By bringing the theory to life throughout our 12-week programs, participants apply learnings through real world experience, ensuring tangible agility capability is adopted, grown and embedded within your organisation.

Each of our Flourish learning pathways have three levels; Starting Out, Developing and Leading to cater for those at different stages of their agile journeys.

Our programs include:

  • Starting Out

    For participants who are new to the IM role or have been performing the role for less than 12 months. Enables participants to embed agility and grow the capability of others within their immediate delivery team.

    Developing

    For participants who have been performing the IM role for 12 - 18 months. Enables participants to embed and expand agility across multiple delivery teams

    Leading

    For participants who have been performing the IM role for 18+ months. Enables participants to coach and upskill other IM’s (e.g. via training) and teach and mentor other developing agilists.

  • Starting out

    For participants who are new to the PO role or have been performing the role for less than 12 months. Enables participants to confidently perform the role of PO and work with technical delivery teams.

    Developing

    For participants who have been performing the PO role for 1 to 3 years. Enables participants to apply more advanced build - measure - learn methods and expand agility across multiple delivery teams.

    Leading

    For participants who have been in a PO role or similar strategic business role for over 3 years. Enables participants to optimise and scale their organisations and coach and upskill other PO’s

Agile Training

    Classes range from 90-120 mins. Learning outcomes are dependent on Master Class topic.

  • This 90 mins session is informal and conversational to ensure the concepts are insightful & practical.

    With the rising demands on people and organisations to adopt a more contemporary Way of Working, we have developed an Agile overview course for Executives to better understand what Agile is, where it came from and where it is going.

  • A one day course delivered over two half days. This leadership session navigates key topics and considerations for leaders operating within an agile environment. Covering topics such as:

    Agile principles and approaches

    Leadership mindset

    Intent based leadership

    Practical frameworks for intent based leadership

    Fostering ownership and accountability

    Igniting teams

    Value measurements & constraints

    This course equips leaders with the tools and techniques required to support agile teams and operate within an agile environment.

  • A one-day introduction to agile to create familiarity and awareness of agile terminology, tools, processes, roles etc. This is offered for those who are new to agile or will be interacting with agile teams and want to understand the concepts and way of working.

    We have a framework for the learning content and adjust the training based on our client’s context and stage in their transition to agile.

  • A two-day experience designed to provide an in depth look at agile frameworks and the roles of a Product owner and Scrum Master. Tailored to your context, our program will take participants on a journey through agility, and provide an overview of the different frameworks, laying the foundation for future growth and development.

    Participants will gain a deep understanding of the key roles, responsibilities, and best practices that are key for agile ways of working to be successfully implemented. Our trainer will provide engaging and interactive sessions, with real-world examples and hands-on exercises. The participants will be able to leave with a solid understanding of how to apply their learnings in their own work environment.
