Agile Increment Manager

Visualise and manage your epics across roadmap increments

Why we built AIM

We’ve been working with Jira across the globe, at many companies, all with different context.

We’ve found the same overarching issue with tracking, tracing and reliable info at the SoS or on a portfolio level dashboard.

It’s not easy to do, or easy to see and it involves either paying a high premium and investing time in setting up across the organisation, or someone generating custom excel downloads or dashboards. This data is often still required to be translated into an Exec / GM update pack.

More and more companies are harnessing the power of incremental delivery to focus teams around a common goal in areas such as:

  • Product

  • Project

  • Program

They are required to have roadmaps / horizon plans to better predict delivery and trade-off scope across increments where necessary.

AIM allows you to show you and your stakeholders what the focus is right now, what’s coming next and what might be coming in the future. Leveraging Jira to show the progress and status of each Epic.

Group and prioritise epics into logical increments, allowing you to monitor high-level progress, and focus on what's most important at the right time.

This is easy to use, helps us focus on the right things and promotes great conversations with our senior stakeholder group

We’ve found a gap in increment management, add this to our experience working in and with agile delivery teams at scale, we developed Agile Increment Manager (AIM) for better visibility, discussion and decisions in an increment.

Agile Increment Manager (AIM) has been beta tested with customers across Australia. We have refined this easy to use tool to incorporate feedback, always aligned to adding value to users needs. This product allows you to visualise across increments & multiple teams the current status and priority of Epics and to highlight any attention or action required.

  • Manage all your Epics, across multiple increments in a single place

  • See progress across the Increment and individual Epics

  • Re-order Epic priority within each Increment

  • Size Epics

  • Refine your Epic roadmaps based on real time status indicators

  • Manage Increments and inform decision making

We will be collecting more feedback and feature improvements as we learn more about what our customers need. Currently there is already some cool features planned for future releases.
